eng Ordinance to provide for the establishing of a capital improvements project for the City of Shreveport for the years 1972 through 1976, and appropriating out of the bond funds, and other sources, funds necessary for the payment of said projects as set forth in accordance with Section 6:09, Chapter 6, "Budgets" as provided by the charter of the City of Shreveport.
